Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellation:
At September Moonlight, we strive to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure speedy delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.

Anything in our 9 Moons Collection is created on demand. Once we have placed the order with our production partner, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with your order.  Satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
